A full-length collaboration effort between HollowHecatomb and Milwaukee-based Ambient, Drone, and Soundtrack composer Noctilucant. A cassette tape was released by Grey Matter Productions which does not include Dark Matter Of The Soul. A Pro-CDr version was self-released by both the artists in 2017 which included the aforementioned track.

This release consists of two tracks by each artist as well as 3 collaboration tracks.
